Ingredients:
1 kg Chicken
2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
2 medium onions chopped
2-3 green chillis
3-4 tbsp oil
1 tsp garam masala
1 tbsp chilli powder
2 tbsp yogurt
1 tsp turmeric
salt to taste
How i make it:
- Heat the non stick pan and add oil, once the oil is hot add chopped onions, green chillis and cook untill light golden color.
- Add ginger garlic paste to the onions and fry untill raw smell is away.
- Add the chicken to the onion mixture, then add yogurt, chilli powder, salt, turmeric and stir it.
- Cover the pan for 5-10 mins untill the water oozing from chicken and give an another stir and cover. Add some 2 tbsp water at this point which makes chicken tender.
- Cook untill all the water goes away, and keep stirring untill chicken slowly start to fry. Fry for 3-5 mins
- Add chopped coriander leaves to the frying chicken and still fry it for 2 mins and off the heat.
- Wait for 5 mins before serving.
Serve hot with rice or chapathi with a wedge of lemon a side ;)

Note: If wanted, can marinate the chicken an hour before with lemon, yogurt, chilli powder, ginger garlic paste and salt.
